We offer a variety of cleaning products through our multistore platform. All product descriptions, information and prices shown are accurate at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and Exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit/debit card or other payment methods we make available. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to addresses Worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the items ordered. All items in your order will be dispatched together. However, they may arrive in multiple deliveries. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
7. Product Descriptions and Use
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Our cleaning products are intended for use as directed on the product labels. Misuse of our products can be dangerous. You agree to use our products only as intended and to follow all safety instructions and precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude our liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Service or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, our Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
